Treat With Mercy Foundation is a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting youth and women across Kenya through accessible mental health care, emotional wellbeing programmes, and compassionate support services.

Treat With Mercy Foundation is a community-based organisation dedicated to improving mental health and emotional wellbeing among youth and women.
We work to create safe and inclusive spaces where individuals facing emotional distress, depression, trauma, substance-related challenges, or suicidal thoughts can find hope, understanding, and practical pathways toward healing and recovery.

Mental health challenges are rising, yet access to support remains limited and stigma continues to silence many. We exist to change that, by bringing care closer to communities and ensuring no one struggles alone.
A society where youth and women experience mental wellbeing, resilience, and the opportunity to lead healthy, empowered lives.
To deliver accessible, community-driven mental health support for youth and women through prevention, early intervention, and recovery pathways, fostering resilience and reducing the risk of addiction, depression, and suicide.

At Treat With Mercy Foundation, our work is centred around three strategic pillars that address the growing mental health challenges affecting youth and women in Kenya. These pillars guide our commitment to prevention, support, healing, and long-term wellbeing by providing compassionate, community-driven programmes that empower individuals to live healthier and more hopeful lives.
We promote mental wellness through awareness, education, and accessible support systems that encourage individuals to openly address emotional challenges without fear of stigma or judgment.

“Before finding TWMF, I felt isolated and overwhelmed by depression and anxiety. The support and encouragement I received helped me regain confidence, speak openly about my struggles, and begin my healing journey. For the first time in a long time, I felt seen, heard, and supported.”
Faith, 24

“Treat With Mercy Foundation created a safe space where I could share my experiences without fear of judgment. Through their mentorship and emotional support programmes, I learned healthier ways to cope with stress and rebuild my life. Their compassion gave me hope when I needed it most.”
Adhiambo, 49
